The hotel offers clean rooms with most amenities needed and friendly staff, located near the highway. Access to rooms through the lobby and pool area was convenient. However, the reservation service for the bus to Disney and Universal Studios was not satisfactory over the phone.

The hotel provided a scary and uncomfortable experience when we were given the wrong room key in the middle of the night, leading to a sleepless night. The rooms were dirty, sticky, and in need of a makeover. Despite being on the top floor, it was still noisy.
